These are the Lushootseed phrases contained in the General Managers Report for the week of February 8th, 2010

qʷibid ti adsɫagʷid.

 

Make your bed.

ʔay̓waʔsalic̕aʔəb.

 

Change your clothes.

kʷədadəxʷ ti adsťək̕ʷabšəd.

 

Pick up your shoe.

xʷiʔ kʷi gʷadspusildxʷ ti adsťək̕ʷabšəd.

 

Don't throw your shoe.

sťək̕ʷabšəd means shoe.

Each phrase is said in Lushootseed, then English, and then repeated in Lushootseed three times, with a pause in between, giving people time to repeat the phrase.
